Meet our team:

Elise Burke - Property Management Assistant Agent

Elise joined The Leasing Network Team earlier this year, initially working behind the scenes supporting the team, and officially came onboard as a team member in May 2026. Elise conducts our open homes for advertised properties, assists in our Leasing and application processes, and specialises in completing detailed ingoing condition reports, ensuring every property is accurately and thoroughly documented and all bases are covered from the very beginning of each tenancy.

Elise also conducts our Routine Property Inspections, and enjoys building positive relationships with our tenants through clear communication and a friendly, approachable nature. She is passionate about helping create a smooth and professional experience for both owners and tenants alike. She is a breath of fresh air and we love having her onboard helping Haley & Kelley, she certainly does compliment our hard working our team and has fitted in perfectly.

Outside of work, Elise is a little entrepreneur, operating 2 successful small businesses, and she enjoys watching her children’s sport, or enjoying a meal out with her partner.

Oops… we were so busy being property managers that we forgot it was National Property Managers Day! 🤦‍♀️

Ironically, that’s probably the most property manager thing ever.

Today has been filled with answering calls, coordinating maintenance, following up matters, solving problems and looking after our clients’ investments… and before we knew it, the day was over!

So we’ll be celebrating tomorrow instead. 🥂

To Kelley, Haley & Elise — head down, bum up ladies… cheers to you for everything you do behind the scenes that often goes unseen.

Did you know just recently, one of our landlords told us he “had no idea how much we’d been managing throughout a tenancy because we’d simply taken care of it”. To us, that’s exactly how it should be.

📚 Learning never stops!

Kelley & Haley spent today in Sydney attending the Navigating NCAT (NSW Civil & Administrative Tribunal) Workshop, continuing to build their knowledge and stay up to date regarding tenancy legislation.

It is so very important that they continue to fine tune their conflict resolution, conciliation and negotiations, along with their tribunal applications, preparation & attendance processes.

It’s not that they like attending the tribunal, and well, I guess you know they aren’t lawyers. But, at The Leasing Network, we’re committed to ongoing education because …..
