MATERNITY LEAVE POSITIONS AVAILABLE – FULL TIME SENIOR LEGAL SECRETARIES
Brazel Moore Lawyers is seeking two Full Time Senior Legal Secretaries to fill maternity leave positions starting on 20th May 2024 and 1 July 2024. Each position will be for a period of 8 to 12 months. Experience of 3 years working in Legal Practice is preferable.
The Role
Based in the busy Erina precinct, the full time roles will be across our busy Wills, Estate Planning, Probate and Challenging Wills & Conveyancing and Workers Compensation Practice areas. With a wide range of matters, the role requires real experience, good organisation, and an unfaltering commitment to meeting the firm's client service standards.
The position requires a highly motivated person with strong communication and secretarial skills and an ability to work within a team environment.

You are an experienced Senior Legal Secretary with good skills in the right types of work, empathetic, and driven to ensure the best possible outcome for our clients.
Your verbal and written communication skills will set you apart from the rest. You are organised and professional.

To be considered for this role you must have:
• Ability to consistently work independently with minimal supervision.
• 3+ years relevant experience desirable.
• Ability to achieve all reasonable targets.
• A determination to fully understand your role and be accountable for all aspects of your performance of it.
• A hard-working and dedicated approach to practice; very much a “can do” person.
• A friendly, down-to-earth, nature, enjoying working as part of a team and helping people around you.
• A willingness to work from our Erina office, five (5) days per week.
