I can’t believe it’s that time of year again!
30 June 2026 - what a ride the first half of the year has been! Hitting BPC’s 5 year milestone and I also got hitched ❤️
July is back to regular programming along with the new Anti-Money Laundering obligations kicking off tomorrow. If you’re buying or selling a property, your ID verification will look a little different. We may need to request further information and this will need to be carried out, without delay. Our requirements are to obtain the signed documents and ID verified before commencing work on your behalf. This can be challenging especially if you have a longer settlement, however 28 days is our maximum timeframe to receive these.
