Outstanding service and result from Ray

Ray was absolutely fantastic throughout the entire sale of our property. From the very beginning, his communication was clear, honest and reassuring, keeping us informed at every stage and making the whole process feel smooth and stress-free. After speaking with and comparing other agents in the area, it was clear to us that Ray was on another level. Absolute 5-star experience with a truly professional team

From start to finish Ray and his team were exceptional. He was very open and honest with us, shared his feedback openly and guided us to make the right decisions all the way through. Level of professionalism throughout the process was outstanding. We interviewed a few agents and Ray stood out from early stages. We were impressed with his honesty, advising us not to sell when the time was not right and then equally guiding us to come to market at the right time. Throughout the process, he was constantly reachable and kept us up to date. Seven years ago we were on the buying side and Ray was the selling agent. We experienced his professionalism at the time from a buyer perspective, and this time as a seller. It was a real pleasure working with Ray and his team.

Supremely helpful and a genuine nice bloke

Ray was brilliant throughout the purchase of our property. From the initial meeting (at a different property) to completion. He understood what was important to us and didn't try to "upsell" us anything that was outside our budget. His understanding of the building and the surrounding area was great, and gave us confidence in the price we were paying. He was honest and upfront about the seller expectations, and tempered some of ours whilst seemingly working hard to get us a good deal. We can't recommend Ray enough.
