One of my poor clients sent me this.! I am seeing this every day lately and it sickensme to the stomach. Good men are being tarnished by women who know how to manipulate and use the system and most of their lawyers are with them. The man is "guilty until proven innocent" based on the
"woman's allegations "

I'm really over the
whole court system. Sadly nobody really cares about the fathers or the children who are caught up in the middle of it! I've had women making heinous untrue sexual allegations about a man that simply didn't happen to keep alienating them.
SOCIT confirmed he didn't touch the child.. yet he still hasn't seen his daughter for 3 yrs now' she's now 8! Even the family report did nothing! My client walked out.. cos the child manipulated for the last 3yrs didn't want to see her dad' DONT LOSE FAITH SAYS THE PSYCHOLOGIST. I've had women that are changing medications on their children and nothing has been done. DHS wiped their hands. I had another client say "do I have to identify as a woman Laura to be actually heard?
" I've had a woman that kidnapped her children from New South Wales down to Victoria took out the vexatious DVO and now he's still not able to see his kids because she is in control. NO ACCOUNTABILITY- for getting passports and kidnapping the kids. New boyfriend who resides overseas!
The system is so flawed and nobody is listening.
Even people like me are getting told off in court because I'm speaking up for these poor men the system needs to change. It is so broken. Maybe I need to get into teaching and stop being a lawyer to actually get their stories out.. cos the way I feel for these men.. I'm ready to let loose on the court system. So frigging wrong.., I'd love to talk to Bettina..

Always a great day when a fine gets withdrawn.; $395 and 3 demerit points for “allegedly not wearing seat belt” client was prepared to fight this in court. Photos clearly showed she had it on.. and her son was going to get the fine as the driver! Soooo wrong ! So a good day for this client! 💁‍♀️💁‍♀️🙌

I really used to enjoy my job knowing I’m doing the best I can for the best interests of the children but lately I’m surrounded by lawyers that just want to keep fighting In court - not advising their clients honestly and disregarding court reports and recommendations all cos they have deeper pockets 💴 than my client. I’m really bewildered with the system at the moment and what certain parents will do to win !! Sadly You don’t win at family law..! But guess when mummy and daddy are funding it! Why not hey! So so wrong - rather waste money in court than settle!
