Some properties mean a little more than others.
This one is especially close to my heart because I actually grew up next door.
From the ’70s through to the early 2000s, this street was my world. Wattleglen Street. It was where I made lifelong memories, where neighbours became friends, and where Craigieburn became home.
To come back all these years later and lease the house next door to the one I grew up in is something I never imagined. It’s one of those quiet, full-circle moments that reminds you just how special home really is.
Craigieburn will always be a part of me, and helping people find a place to call home in the community that raised me is something I’ll never take for granted.
Here’s to new memories being made in a place that will always hold so many of mine. 💙
