Coastal Law is proud to once again support the Westpac Rescue Helicopter Service through their Wills Week initiative. Running from March 28 to April 1, Wills Week allows one of our professional team members to provide advice to establish your first Will or update an existing one. Our staff are donating their time with 100% of your booking fee donated to the Westpac Rescue Helicopter Service, helping to save lives in our region.

From today, 11 October 2021, all property transactions have moved online.

All documents must now be lodged online and paper Title Deeds are cancelled effective today.

YOUR CERTIFICATE OF TITLE WILL BE CANCELLED!

From 11 October 2021, all Certificates of Title (commonly known as Title Deeds) in NSW will be cancelled. Don’t worry, you will still own your property! The only change is that the certificate itself will no longer be a legal document evidencing your ownership.
