For those interested, Anti-Discrimination NSW is hosting a free information session here in Coffs Harbour. It’s a great chance to build awareness and share knowledge across our region.

Our Principal Solicitor, as Regional President of the Clarence River & Coffs Harbour Regional Law Society, is always encouraged by opportunities that bring our local legal and service communities together.

The session will cover:
• Unlawful discrimination under the Anti-Discrimination Act 1977 (NSW)
• The new civil complaints framework under the Conversion Practices Ban Act 2024 (NSW)
• The role of Anti-Discrimination NSW and how it supports our communities

Be aware of these trackers. Look where this fella is placing them. Check your items. I absolutely detest the marketer saying “they are not going to have a *fricking clue”. Calling out that this perpetuates family and domestic violence. If you want to use one of these devices the appropriate conversation is to seek consent if you are having to covertly place it - red flag in your relationship! Get the assistance you need.
