❤️🏡 We're Open!

There's something special about having a place where clients can feel comfortable, welcome, and supported through life's important moments.

We're excited to share that The Travelling Lawyer has officially opened its new office at:

📍 Chinchilla Arcade, Ground Floor, 2/83 Heeney Street, Chinchilla

This new office is more than just a workplace. It's a space where conversations happen over a cup of coffee, where families plan for the future, where businesses seek practical advice, and where our community can access trusted legal support close to home.

To our clients, friends, and local community, thank you for your support, encouragement, and trust. Your confidence in us has made this milestone possible, and we are proud to continue serving the people of Chinchilla and the surrounding districts.

Whether you need assistance with property matters, wills and estates, business matters, or everyday legal advice, our door is open and we're here to help.

We look forward to welcoming you into our new home 🤓🤠

💐 Feeling very appreciated today

These beautiful flowers were delivered by one of our lovely clients as a thank you for standing beside them through a particularly challenging journey.

This matter has required perseverance, patience and a great deal of work, and we’ve been there with our clients every step of the way.

We often talk about how much we value the trust our clients place in us, so it’s incredibly special to know that the care we put into our work is valued in return.

To our beautiful clients - thank you for the flowers, for your kind gesture, and most importantly, for trusting us to stand beside you. 💐❤️

Yesterday The Travelling Lawyer team had the pleasure of attending the 2026 Western Downs Regional Business Summit.

It was a fantastic day filled with valuable insights - covering everything from proposed Federal Budget changes, to the rapid evolution of AI, current interest rate trends, and key HR developments impacting businesses right now.

Events like this are a great reminder of the importance of staying informed and connected within our local business community. It’s always an excellent opportunity to exchange ideas, learn from industry leaders, and spend time with like-minded professionals.

A huge shout out to EnVision Partners and Chinchilla Community Commerce and Industry Inc - CCCI for once again going above and beyond to host such a well-organised and worthwhile event each year 👏

We’re already looking forward to the next one!

🎉 Celebrating 3 Years of The Travelling Lawyer

What started as a vision to make legal services more accessible for our rural communities has grown into something truly special ✨️

From travelling to farms during harvest and weaning, to supporting clients who find it difficult to leave home, our goal has always been simple - bring professional, down-to-earth legal help straight to the people.

Based in Chinchilla, we’re now a team of four, with two vehicles on the road and systems in place to make the legal process as smooth and stress-free as possible.

We’re incredibly proud to support the Western Downs and Maranoa regions (and beyond) with Wills & Estates, Conveyancing, Family Law, Property and Commercial matters - where and when it matters most.

We couldn’t have done it without the support of our valued clients. Thank you for trusting us over the past three years ❤️

Here’s to many more to come! 🍻

Whether you’re dealing with:

⚓ Property Law/ Conveyancing
⚓ Wills & Estates
⚓ Family Law
⚓ Commercial Matters

You can focus on what matters most - we’ll handle the navigation.
