Why does The McCourt Agency take on "Private Sales"?

We have come to realise that some of our vendors need a certain degree of privacy around:

A) The sales process and

B) Their home and belongings.

We have a data base of buyers and a relationship with Buyers Agents so can facilitate the sale of your home without throwing your doors open to the world! It also saves the vendor most of the advertising costs associated with "For Sale" or "Auction".

Often vendors need to sell their home because of financial difficulty, divorce or they are a public figure - private sale is perfect for them.

Why don't agents usually encourage "Private Sale"?

Easy, because with a private sale the agency can't take the opportunity to advertise themselves!
