FANTASIC OUTCOME FOR THE ACCUSED.

Charges: 7 counts of fraud persuant so subsection (1)(a) and 12 counts of gain financial advantage by deception pursuant to subsection 1(b) for an amount exceeding $60,000.00.

Outcome: 2 years good behaviour and 200 hours of community service.

Charges:
2 counts of commercial supply of a prohibited drug.
1 count of dealing with proceeds of crime.

Client was sentenced to full time custody by the Local Court while represented by a different law firm. District Court Appeal was lodged by Geneva Law Group, appeal bail was granted on the first return date, the appeal was subsequently upheld. The client was sentenced to an 18 month good behaviour bond and walked free.

Another fantastic win in court today. Client was being forced to pay over $90,000.00 in construction rectification fees....
