The Role
As our Receptionist, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth day-to-day operation of the front office. You will be responsible for creating a welcoming environment while supporting our legal team with administrative tasks.
Key Responsibilities
• Greeting clients and visitors in a professional and courteous manner
• Managing incoming calls and directing enquiries appropriately
• Scheduling appointments and maintaining calendars
• Handling incoming and outgoing emails, and documents
• Maintaining client confidentiality at all times
• Assisting with general administrative tasks, including data entry and file management
About You
• Previous reception or administrative experience (legal industry experience preferred but not essential)
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Professional presentation and a positive attitude
• Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and general computer systems
