How we added $50,000 to a sale in just 3 days

This townhouse was set to list at $350,000, right in line with comparable sales.

Before launch, an off-market offer came in at $390,000 — a nice premium.

But instead of saying yes straight away, we used a simple but powerful strategy:
Offer the buyer a 3-day exclusive window… if they raised their offer to $400,000.

It worked.

The result? A record townhouse sale price in the suburb — and $50,000 more for our client.

Negotiation isn’t luck. It’s strategy, experience, and knowing how to play the market.
