With so many of our amazing members doing such impressive things in law, our member profiles have made a comeback!

✨ Meet WLA Member Georgia Briggs!✨

Georgia is the principal solicitor of Briggs Law having a wide range of expertise including Criminal, FVO/PPO/AVO, Family, Care & Protection law and Wills and Estates!

“Opening Briggs Law was one of the scariest moments of my professional career, but I do not regret it for a second!” There is no typical day for Georgia, with a mix of court appearances, client appointments and even travelling to country courthouses and her Wagga Office to help clients in other jurisdictions noting that “no day is dull!”

Georgia considers Justice Louise Taylor an inspiration as a woman in law. “She is my constant idol, and I am in awe of her. She has forged an incredible career in law while never compromising her strength and womanhood in the process. She is a career woman and a mother and everything else in between. I hope one day my career will emanate hers, but one can only hope…”
