The investigation into the death of Indigenous Canberra man Nathan Booth is now in the hands of ACT Policing homicide investigators after findings in the ACT Coroner's Court.

We had a directions hearing on Thursday, which, although not official, resulted in a favourable outcome for reversing the ruling. This is a not simple process, and it represents a substantial win for Nathan's case. 🖤💛❤️
