Jenrew has been revamped — and we’re so excited to share what’s been happening behind the scenes as we have been a tad quiet!
Over the past few months, we’ve been working behind the scenes to look at every part of our agency and, most importantly, how we can continue to improve your experience when you sell, buy, rent or have your property managed through Jenrew.
We’re a small, dedicated team, and we believe that being small allows us to offer something different — personal service, genuine care and a level of communication that doesn’t get lost in the crowd.
Lets talk about the team:
Trish | Reception & Sales Administration
With years of customer service and administration experience, Trish will be the first friendly face you’ll see when you walk through our doors. Trish keeps the front of house running smoothly and makes sure our clients feel welcomed and looked after as well as working closely with Jenna and Andrew in the Sales Administration.
Baillee | Assistant Property Manager
Our youngest team member, Baillee is working alongside Jenna to build her knowledge and develop her skill set across property management. She’s eager to learn, grow and is becoming an integral part of the Jenrew team.
COMING SOON | Personal Assistant to Jenna
We’ll be introducing our newest team member very soon! This role is very important and this lady will work hand in hand with Jenna to ensure the day to day running is seamless and organised with no delay. What makes this lady even more exciting is that, although she has worked in the same industry for more than 30 years, this is a completely new field for her and one she will excel in! We can’t wait for you to meet her!
Andrew | Co-Director & Sales Agent
Andrew brings years of experience to Jenrew, but it’s his passion for people and genuine empathy that really sets him apart.
He understands that buying or selling a property can be a huge decision — and sometimes an emotional one. Whether it’s a first home, a much-loved family property, an investment or a major life change, Andrew takes the time to understand what’s important to each individual client.
He loves the chase that comes with sales, but for Andrew, it’s about much more than simply getting a deal across the line. It’s about helping people achieve their goals, working through the hurdles and making what can sometimes be a stressful process feel a little easier.
Andrew is committed to his clients and will go above and beyond to get the best possible outcome. His passion for real estate, combined with his genuine care for people.
Jenna | Managing Director & Real Estate Agent
Working across sales, property management and running the business, Jenna is passionate about keeping her finger on the pulse and continually finding better ways to do things.
Jenna is also probably her own biggest critic. She is constantly looking at the business, questioning what could be done better, what could be improved and how we can make the experience better for our clients. Good enough has never really been good enough for Jenna.
This constant drive to review, improve and evolve is a big part of why Jenrew has been revamped. We want to continually challenge ourselves, listen to our clients and make sure the service we provide reflects the standards we set for ourselves.
Our goal is simple — to provide a different level of real estate service, one built around communication, trust, genuine care and always striving to do better.
At Jenrew, we may be a small brand, but we have big ambitions when it comes to service. To continually review and to challenge ourselves.
