Last year (2014) produced some great court results and ended on a high with the Court of Appeal decision in Klerck & Ors v Sierocki & Anor [2014] QCA 355 upholding my defamation judgment under UCPR 374.

I am looking forward to an even better year in 2015 with great results to come in defamation, commercial litigation and crime.
