We are proud to acknowledge Jack Shaw’s re-election to the Board of the Family Law Practitioners Association as the Early Career Member. Jack’s contribution to FLPA over the past year has been exceptional - his enthusiasm, professionalism and community-minded approach have been evident in everything he has undertaken (including successfully persuading our Director to provide 500 Frank Green water bottles for the annual Retreat). We have no doubt he will continue to advocate for a strong, supportive and engaged family law community at every stage of practice.

Many couples are amicable enough to negotiate and come to an in-principle agreement between themselves. However, once you reach an in-principle agreement between yourselves, it's important to ensure that the agreement is formalised and made legally binding. This is where we can value add to your otherwise amicable circumstances. If you have reached a resolution to your dispute and you wish to formalise an agreement, we encourage you to reach out to discuss your circumstances with us.

Last week, we sent out some springtime “power packs” to our valued referrers, to express our thanks for thinking of our firm over the past quarter.

A big thank you to for the divine coffee, for the chocolate strawberries, and to for the electrolytes drops - everything we all need to get us through to the end of the year!

For any products that could be included in our summer referrer gifts which will go out early next year, please reach out. We love supporting small businesses in south east Queensland and we would love to hear from you.
