NB Migration Law recently assisted a client in successfully challenging a Subclass 494 Skilled Employer Sponsored Regional visa refusal before the Administrative Review Tribunal (ART).

The case involved disputed skilled employment evidence and Clause 494.225. Through a detailed written submission supported by employment records, payslips, bank statements, tax records, statutory declarations and a positive VETASSESS assessment, the refusal was overturned and remitted to the Department for reconsideration.
