After spending 25 years in the building industry, Len completed a law degree and commenced practice as a lawyer. Upon starting work in the legal industry, Len was fortunate to gain general legal experience working in property and general commercial law areas working with a variety of experienced and accomplished practitioners. However, given the depth of his experience in the building and construction industry, Len is also an experienced and highly competent building and construction law practitioner. During his career in the building industry Len held various positions from an apprentice carpenter to working on multi-storey high rise residential buildings as a project manager. Len’s vast experience in the building industry allows him to easily understand the technical nature of an issue or dispute. Len is able to provide cost effective solutions to building and construction legal problems as well as risk management advice grounded in a solid industry background.
