Aria Lawyers is a growing boutique law firm located in Bowen Hills, Brisbane, with a strong focus on Family Law. We’re looking for an experienced and compassionate Associate or Senior Associate to take the lead on family law matters and become a key part of our close-knit, supportive team.
The Role
You will:
• Manage a diverse range of family law files (property, parenting, DV)
• Conduct mediations and negotiations
• Draft court documents and appear in the courts
• Work directly with clients, delivering compassionate and practical legal solutions
• Support junior team members where appropriate

What We’re Looking For:
• An admitted solicitor with 2+ years PAE in family law
• Skilled in client management, litigation, and negotiation
• Empathetic, organised, and driven to make a difference
• Looking for a long-term role with career progression
