A director ID is a unique identifier that a director will apply for once and keep forever – which will help prevent the use of false or fraudulent director identities.

Don’t forget if you are a director of a Company in Australia you must apply for a Director ID by no later than 30 November 2022.
It is a crminal offence if you don’t apply on time. ASIC has also warned they will fine persons that fail to comply.
It is a pretty straightforward and easy thing to do, so here is your reminder to do it and do it NOW!

You could save a child in danger!

**Trigger Warning: Child Abuse.**

Do you recognise these objects? Can you help us in the fight to stop child abuse?

Today in partnership with Suncorp Stadium and Australian Centre to Counter Child Exploitation we have publicly released four images, which have been taken from the background of sexual abuse material involving children.

We hope you may identify one of these objects or its location and that information could help us to solve a crime.

We are convinced that more eyes will provide more leads and we need your help.
was first introduced by Europol, and your information could help us to remove a child from harm, or identify offenders.

Take a closer look at these four new images at www.accce.gov.au/trace and if you believe to have identified an object or its origin you can make a report there, securely and anonymously.

Keep an eye out for more information on this initiative during NRL - National Rugby League games at Suncorp Stadium this finals season.

Do you own a company? It usually has a Pty and or Ltd in its name.
Have you moved lately? Have you changed your email address? Your postal address?

Did you know its your responsibility to ensure that the records held by ASIC are updated.
If you fail to update the records, you may not receive your annual statement and annual Tax Invoice. If the Tax Invoice is not paid on time, you will incur penalties and Asic can and will deregister your company.
