IMPORTANT UPDATES FOR AUSTRALIAN VISITOR VISA
We’ve noticed that most of Visitor Visas granted in mid 2026 to present all have the 8503 - No Further Stay condition applied which means the applicants can’t apply for another visa while being onshore (inside Australia). Also, the grant period is significantly shorter than what we’ve often seen previously.
This family had previously got their Visitor Visas granted for 3 years with maximum 12 months stay, now they’ve only got 6 months validity with 3 months stay each time.

We highly recommend you to consider your travel plan carefully before applying for Australian Visitor Visa Application during this sensitive time.
