Meet Eri Iizawa, a dedicated lawyer at Franklin Family Law! Originally from Japan, Eri moved to Australia in 2009 and is fluent in both English and Japanese. With an Associate Degree in Law from Southern Cross University, a Bachelor of Law from James Cook University, and a Diploma in Practical Legal Training from Queensland University of Technology, Eri has a strong academic foundation.
Before becoming a hashtag , Eri honed her skills as a paralegal, assisting clients with family law matters and deepening her passion for this specialty. Her experience has equipped her with valuable insights into both simple and complex family law cases, allowing her to provide compassionate and effective support to her clients.
Eri understands the unique challenges faced by non-English speakers, making her an invaluable resource for clients navigating language barriers. She is committed to helping people find solutions and achieve the best outcomes.
Outside of work, Eri volunteers at a community legal centre and enjoys exercising, cooking, and spending time at the beach.
