WorkCover Queensland define injury as 'a personal injury arising out of, or in the course of, employment'. It can occur at work, while you are travelling to and from work or while on a break from work. Injuries can also take place if a worker is travelling for work, or visiting other workplaces or sites for the purposes of their job. While we don't wish that this could happen to any body, we do however, believe that it can happen and when it happens you may require a legal advice.
