Know the costs incurred in buying & selling a property!

- Agent Fees : this can be negotiated before signing any exclusive agreement with the agent

- Stamp Duty: can be anywhere up to 5.5% of the property value and can be checked using the revenue office's website

- Title's Office Fee: depends on the price of the propety and can be checked online

- Based on the agreement with your conveyancer, this payment would be a fixed fee on an hourly rate

- Keep in mind that additional legal costs may arise for various purposes such as rescheduling settlement dates, checking with the conveyancer for nominations etc.

- Check with your broker on the specifics of the mortagage broker fee.

- Any bank related fees. It's always best to get all the necessary information either from your broker or the bank.
