A recent judgment of the Supreme Court of NSW re squatters rights in Redfern has never been more entertaining - dunny lanes, a tsunamai of smashed avocado and man buns all in the mix! This terrace owner was successful in obtaining orders that his adverse possession of the property entitled him to ownership; and his japanese garden was allowed to remain!
