As the year comes to a close, I’ve been taking time to reflect on the journey of the past 12 months — the opportunities, the challenges, and the milestones achieved along the way.
I’m incredibly grateful to my clients, industry colleagues, partners, and broader network for the trust, collaboration, and support throughout the year. Being part of your investment journeys and working alongside such committed professionals is something I truly value.

THE VERY LAST SETTLEMENT OF THE YEAR. COMPLETED ON CHRISTMAS EVE. INCOME TODAY. SECURITY FOR THE NEXT GENERATION.
This transaction was originally planned to settle earlier. However, a manual stamp duty assessment was required, which introduced delays outside anyone’s control. Despite that, the deal was finalised today — and it could not be a more meaningful way to close out the year.
My clients are a young couple in their mid-thirties with two young children under 5.
On the advice of their financial adviser, they made a conscious decision to diversify beyond residential and focus on building long-term, generational wealth.
This asset was selected for its fundamentals:
• Double street frontage, enhancing flexibility, in a metro location with strong tenant demand
• High-yielding commercial investment
• Long-term lease with fixed 4% annual increases

THIS IS HOW INCOME GROWTH TURNS INTO CAPITAL GROWTH. CREATING VALUE TODAY. BUILDING STRONGER ASSETS FOR TOMORROW.
Not every investment is meant to be comfortable. Some are meant to be worked.
One of our clients, a seasoned retail entrepreneur, settled on a freehold mixed-use retail and office asset in Townsville — and she chose it precisely because it wasn’t a passive play. This was not for the faint-hearted. She wanted a hands-on project. She wanted the ability to transform the asset. She wanted control.
This opportunity offers multiple levers for uplift, including:
• Repositioning and upgrading the building
• Improving tenant quality and mix
