We are trialing an extension of opening hours to make it more convenient for clients to attend outside of regular work hours. We are now offering appointments on Thursday evenings (up to 8pm) and on Saturdays. These times are offered by appointment only at this time, so please call reception to book your appointment.

A full day mediation with Dean Bainbridge, Family Dispute Resolution Practitioner and Accredited Family Law Specialist, costs $935 per party.

Many people prefer mediations to take place via audio visual means, using programs such as Zoom, Microsoft Teams, or Skype. For parties who prefer to conduct the mediation in person, Bainbridge Legal provides mediation rooms at either our Blacktown or Parramatta offices. This comes at no extra charge and includes light catering.

Parties may agree to attend mediation to resolve financial and/or parenting issues.
