What a beautiful day in Melbs! Sun was out and so were the buyers… for well priced properties.
It’s is certainly a “if it’s proved well, it’s selling well” market.
Top tip if you are selling, make sure you have an agent that is WELL versed in strategy in a range of market conditions!
No one can promise you a price, but a highly skilled and experienced agent will be able to guide you in implementing the best strategy to get the best price possible given the market conditions.
