What an amazing end to this week. Received protection visas for Indian Client on Monday, and successful appeal in Federal Circuit Court today. We spent a full day before His Honour arguing the case back in May, minster was not ready to concede at that time. Matter was adjourned and before the final hearing minister conceded.
Thank to the always amazing Barrister Nicolas Poynder for his amazing work.
