Property Manager Assistant / Inspection Officer.

David Thorn & Associates is a long-standing; well-established boutique Real Estate located in Attadale. Offering clients a range of services including residential and commercial property management and sales. We're expanding and looking for a motivated, friendly individual who's ready to grow into a Property Manager role.

Our office is seeking an Entry level Property Management Assistant to join the team! No day is ever the same in Real Estate so this role will allow you to expand your knowledge and skill base within the industry! If you are interested in an opportunity to start your career within the industry but have limited experience – this might be for you. One on one training will be provided along with the opportunity to develop your skill base and career progression into a Property Manager role.

Working closely with other team members your responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• What You'll Do:
- Be the face and voice of our agency (Reception)
- Conduct property inspections and report on maintenance
- Support our property and strata management teams with admin tasks

• Ideal candidate must meet the following:
- Current Police Clearance
- Valid driver’s license
- Full time hours - Monday to Friday
- Some experience in reception/admin or a small office would be preferred
- Excellent communication & presentation

Before you apply you must be able to tick the below boxes:

• You will need to be bubbly, outgoing and have a positive, can-do attitude.
• Previous experience within a Reception/Admin based role is preferred but not essential
• Be a keen problem solver and willing to expand your knowledge and skill base with the real estate industry.
• Excellent Presentation & Communication Skills.
