BCK Lawyers (formerly known as Boulton Cleary & Kern Lawyers) have recently transferred their safe custody facility records to Ross Lawyers. Ross Lawyers did not take over any of BCK Lawyers’ files or any aspect of the BCK Lawyers business. The transfer is limited to the safe custody records.

We are currently in the process of auditing the safe custody records of BCK Lawyers to ensure there is an accurate account of the documents held. If you are looking for any documents which you believe BCK Lawyers may have held in safe custody then please do not hesitate to contact us as we would be happy to conduct a search of the records to assist you in locating them.
