A wonderful Sunday in true polar fashion, cold, wet and windy, but smiles and exhilaration were shining through.
Thankyou to the athletes, letr members, supporters, families, sponsors and froends.
Thanks also to the City of Charles Sturt, the wonderful volunteers of Surf Life Saving Australia -Henley Beach, and Visit Henley Beach, along with our emergency service partners at SA Metropolitan Fire Service and horses and seahorses from South Australia Police

Thanks to Visit Henley Beach , City of Charles Sturt, Henley SLSC, SA Metropolitan Fire Service (BROOKLYN PARK), Sapol Water Operation and Mounted operations for making our Polar Plunge a fun and fantastic day.
Local MP, Mr David Wilkins joined us and was thrilled to share news of the plunge total of over $25,000.

Thankyou to the wonderful supporters, runners and plungers. Today started with a light drizzle from above, but cleared in time for the run along and around the streets of Henley Beach,

LETR was wrapped to be involved in a bit of friendly basketball today.

It is getting cold-er, the days are short, the jackets thicker and the water icey.
Sounds like a good time to plan our next adventure, dust of the bathers, get a big towel and some ugg boots,
It is time for a dip.
Sunday 12th July 2026, Henley Sqaure. From 10am.
These LETR runners wanted to try it first and loved it.
