Twenty years as a physio taught me how to tell someone something
they did not want to hear.
Sometimes, depending on the injury, a patient is not getting all
the way back to what they love doing. Saying so was the hardest
part of that job.
Real estate is the same conversation, just about a number.
You arrive with a figure in your head, from family, from friends,
from the news. Sometimes it is not reachable. I would rather tell
you that before you list than let you find it out on the market.
Possible is not the same as probable.
