OBJECTIVE AND SCOPE. The objective of our work as legal and accounting consultant office is to perform evaluations and diagnoses regarding compliance with legal and tax parameters, reviewing the business models and contracts used.

Evaluation, correction, strengthening, development and implementation of the conclusion of suitable Contracts to ensure an adequate Contractual Management.

• Advice to Management or Board of Directors in matters related to their position.
• Revision of the Articles of Association and Corporate Rules

CONTRACT STRUCTURE IN RELATED TO NEGOTATIONS AND CONSUMER´S RIGHTS
• Support and advice to the staff in charge of providing information to the consumer, related to the guarantee and the quality and suitability of the products or services offered or distributed by the company, in order to minimize future risks, against claims for misleading advertising and information and in general for violation of consumer protection rules.
• Structuring of warranties applicable to the products or services offered by the company.
• Training lectures and workshops for employees responsible for informing customers about the product or service offered, such as commercials, vendors, among others, in relation to Consumer Defense Law.
• Development and implementation of policies and procedures to address consumer complaints, petitions, or eventual requests.
DEBT MANAGMENT.
Management of delinquent portfolio through administrative collection processes with a portfolio recovery plan, if the default continues the trial proceeds. Before the filing of the lawsuit, an analysis of the debtor's assets is carried out in order to structure the precautionary measures that guarantee the payment of the obligation within a legal collection scenario. This procedure is to avoid an unnecessary judicial process that does not generate a return to our clients.
INSURANCE LAW ISSUES
• Direct advice on insurance law, preparation and presentation of claims before insurance companies in case of accidents.
• Compensation and damage estimates.
• Dealing with objections and appeal preparation in case the amounts claimed are refused to be paid.
