Resolution IGJ 2/2020 of the public registry of commerce of the City of Buenos Aores (“IGJ”) modified the registration and compliance regime applicable to foreign companies that want to get registered or that are already registered in such registry.

Resolution 13/2020 of the Secretary of Internal Commerce has changed the thresholds after which the transactions have to be notified.

Argentina enacted new Competition Law.
The new Argentine competition/antitrust law published on May 15 2018 under number 27,442 (the “Law”).
The new Law will come into effect after the eight day of its publication, and introduces significant changes to the current system. The most significant changes are explained below.
