María Victoria Funes participó recientemente en la conferencia titulada “The crossroads of international finance and public equity deals: New trends and financing bottlenecks”, organizada por el International Bar Association Securities Law Committee.
El 14 de septiembre intervino como parte de la sesión titulada “Finance closing conditions in securities transactions”, que se centró en explorar el uso de diferentes tipos de transacciones de valores en operaciones de financiación.
Junto a Victoria, el resto de ponentes del seminario fueron C. Logan Anderson de Greenberg Traurig, Ting Chen de Cravath Swaine & Moore y Roberto Guerrero V. de Cuatrecasas Gonçalves Pereira. Fabíola Cavalcanti, de TozziniFreire Advogados, y LLuciana Cossermelli Tornovsky , de Demarest Advogados, copresidieron la sesión.

On 14 September she spoke as part of the session entitled “Finance closing conditions in securities transactions”, which focused on exploring the use of different types of securities transactions in financing operations.
