This role offers an exciting opportunity for bilingual individuals (Spanish and English) to

What You'll Learn and Do:
1. Customer Service: You'll be trained to handle customer inquiries, resolve issues, and
ensure a positive experience for clients. Your bilingual skills will be a huge asset as you
assist both English and Spanish-speaking customers, responding to emails, phone calls,
and resolving concerns.
2. Reviewing Documents: A key part of your role will involve reviewing various documents
for accuracy. You'll learn how to properly assess and ensure all details are correct,
adhering to company standards.
3. Processing Invoices & Data Input: You'll handle the data input for invoices, ensuring
that all information is accurately processed and entered into our system. Attention to
detail is critical, as you'll be working with financial documents that need to be processed
efficiently and without errors.
4. Marketing Support (Cold Calls & Business Growth): You’ll help us grow by reaching
out to potential clients through cold calls and introducing them to our services. You’ll play
an important role in getting our name out there and contributing to business growth. Your
bilingual abilities will help expand our reach to both English and Spanish-speaking
markets.
5. Other Tasks as Assigned: In addition to your main duties, you will also be assigned
various tasks from time to time. These could include special projects, accounting
support, or helping out with other areas of the business as needed. Flexibility and a
positive attitude toward these tasks will be key to your success!
