📢 Armenian Regulatory Alert: Crypto, AI & Financial Security

New legislative changes are impacting crypto, AI, and financial security:
Crypto Cash Payments: Exceptions now allow cash transactions up to AMD 300,000 for crypto assets through licensed providers.
AI Content Labeling: Mandatory labeling is now required for "synthetic content" created or modified by AI to prevent misleading information.
Financial Self-Restriction: By July 1, 2026, consumers can independently block online loans and transactions via "stop" tools to prevent fraud.
Digital Bankruptcy: All procedural documents for new bankruptcy cases must now be filed via the e-bankruptcy.am platform.

These updates introduce new operational flexibilities and rigorous KYC/compliance requirements.
