Elham Sadat is an accomplished Lawyer and a distinguished member of the Afghanistan Independent Bar Association. With a bachelor’s degree from the prestigious Faculty of Law and Political Sciences at Kabul University, and a Law master’s degree from Erciyes University in Turkey, his academic journey has been nothing short of impressive.
As the founder of Divan Law Firm and the representative of Afghanistan at the International Lawyer Network’s annual meeting in 2019, Elham has demonstrated exceptional legal expertise on both national and international stages. His vast experience includes handling a diverse range of legal cases and contributing articles on various legal issues, many of which have been published in reputable national and international publications.
Intriguingly, Elham’s recent research focuses on understanding “The root causes and factors behind human crimes”, aiming to tackle the rising graph of crimes through effective strategies.
