RCEP is an educational autonomous institution established within the legal context of the host country, UAE in accordance with the agreement signed between UAE Governmennt and UNESCO to operate under the auspices of UNESCO. RCEP is to be at the service of the state member of the GCC and possibly other states that, by their geographical proximity to the centre or the nature of their education planning needs, desire to cooperate with RCEP.
