Dubai Visa Renewal Process
(For those who have cases)
If you have completed your Medical Fitness Test and Emirates ID application for renewal, please take note of the following steps regarding the visa submission process:
Step 1: Submission via Amer Center
You can now proceed to submit your Visa Renewal Application at any Amer Center.
Step 2: Handling System Blocks or Errors
If the Amer Center encounters a "difficulty to submit," please ensure you request an error screenshot from their system. This document is essential for the next step.
Step 3: Visiting GDRFA (Immigration)
The Company Owner, Authorized Partner, or Company PRO should take the error screenshot directly to the Immigration department (GDRFA).
Action: Immigration may remove the block if applicable to allow the renewal to proceed.
Referrals: In some instances, you may be referred to Dubai Police Headquarters or specific departments within Dubai Courts. This usually occurs if the block is related to specific legal cases or deportation-related status.
Step 4: Temporary Clearance
Once the relevant authority (Police or Court) clears the restriction, the block is typically lifted temporarily for the sole purpose of visa renewal.
Step 5: Finalizing the Visa
After the block is lifted, return to the Amer Center to complete the final processing and stamping of the visa.
