Immigration Law Clerk (Part-Time | Remote | U.S. Applicants Only)

Are you a law student or someone with at least 2 years of law school completed and interested in gaining hands-on experience in U.S. immigration law?

Raju Law is looking for a motivated and organized Immigration Law Clerk to support our team primarily on EB2-NIW (Employment-Based Second Preference – National Interest Waiver) petitions.

This is a great opportunity to work directly with attorneys and gain practical experience in employment-based immigration law while enjoying a flexible remote work environment.

📍 Please note: This position is open to applicants currently based in the United States only.

📌 What You’ll Do
• Assist attorneys and paralegals in preparing and filing EB2-NIW petitions
• Conduct legal research and draft petitions, recommendation letters, and supporting documents
• Review client documents for accuracy and completeness
• Organize and maintain case files and records
• Communicate with clients, government agencies, and team members when needed
• Stay updated on immigration laws, regulations, and procedures
• Provide administrative and general support to the legal team

📌 Qualifications
• Completed at least 2 years of law school
• Prior immigration law experience is NOT required; training will be provided to the right candidate
• Comfortable working remotely and using virtual communication tools
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail
• Self-motivated and able to work independently
• Reliable and deadline-oriented
• Must currently be based in the United States

📌 Compensation & Benefits
• Pay: $20/hour
• Fully remote office
