بقلوب مؤمنة بقضاء الله وقدره، وببالغ الحزن والأسى، نتقدم بخالص التعازي وصادق المواساة في وفاة المغفور له بإذن الله الشيخ أحمد بن راشد آل مكتوم، الذي انتقل إلى رحمة الله تعالى اليوم الاثنين، 10 ربيع الآخر 1448هـ، الموافق 21 سبتمبر 2026م.

Arbitration and litigation are both important methods of resolving disputes, but they are not interchangeable.
The appropriate approach depends on the agreement, nature of the dispute, parties involved, and commercial objectives. This is why dispute resolution should be considered when drafting a contract—not only when a disagreement arises.
يُعد كل من التحكيم والتقاضي من الوسائل المهمة لحل النزاعات، ولكن اختيار الوسيلة المناسبة يعتمد على طبيعة العقد والنزاع والأطراف والأهداف التجارية.
لذلك، من الأفضل التفكير في آلية حل النزاعات منذ مرحلة إعداد العقد، وليس فقط بعد وقوع الخلاف.
