Role Overview
We are looking for a common law-qualified corporate lawyer/legal consultant with strong experience in corporate and commercial transactions, regulatory compliance, and cross-border matters within the UAE and DIFC. Exposure to arbitration and disputes will be a strong advantage.

Key Requirements
• Common Law qualified with a strong academic background
• Minimum 4+ years PQE in corporate & commercial law
• Experience in top-tier international or leading regional law firms
• Expertise in:
– M&A and joint ventures
– Corporate restructuring & governance
– Private equity and regulatory advisory
• Strong knowledge of UAE & DIFC laws and cross-border transactions
• Experience in arbitration & commercial disputes (DIAC, DIFC-LCIA, ADGM, ICC)
• Skilled in drafting and negotiating:
– Shareholders’ Agreements
– Share Purchase Agreements (SPAs)
– Joint Venture Agreements
• Strong commercial mindset with practical legal approach
• Excellent communication & client management skills
• Ability to work in fast-paced, multi-jurisdictional environments
