Federal Tax Authorities urges resident judicial persons with licence to submit Corporate Tax registration application by 31 May 2024.
CT will apply to :
- Business and individual conducting business in UAE mainland
- Free Zone Business
- Foreign Entities and individuals conducting trade or business in UAE
-Banking Operations
- Business engaged in real estate management, construction, development, agency and brokerage activities
Violation of law may attract penalty upto AED 10,000.
