RAALC’s vision took flight in the year 2013, starting with a humble office in Sharjah and a small team with full extent practise in litigation. With our extensive foresight and vision for the future, RAALC expanded manifold into branches in Dubai, then Ras Al Khaimah, in view of our continued expansion, RAALC’s Dubai office went on to become the headquarters in 2016. RAALC has grown in its scope of practise, expanding from litigation to corporate and business, assisting the business throughout its life cycle, from establishing the business, its internal operations and external transactions, restructuring it and also mitigating loss in the worst-case scenario initiating liquidation and bankruptcy. Additionally, RAALC has diversified into a team of over 50+ that is culturally and linguistically diverse with a multidimensional perspective in terms of knowledge and experience in businesses, In keeping with our vision to expand and assist our clients globally, we joined forces with Alliott Global Alliance in the year 2021, expanding our reach in over 90 jurisdictions globally.
