Libya Lifts Suspension on Electronic Trademark Publications
In a notable development for trademark owners and practitioners, the Libyan Commercial Registry Department has resumed the electronic publication of trademarks through its official online platform after a period of suspension.
The latest publication includes approximately 500 trademarks, covering trademark application numbers 55261 to 57597.
