Mga mema ito na...

Ang MWO Dubai ay kasalukuyang nag-sasagawa ng PRE-SCREENING process para sa mga humihingi ng tulong para maka-uwi ng Pilipinas.

Kaugnay nito, mangyari lamang na sagutan at ihanda ang mga dokumentong hinihingi:

1. Hawak nyo po ba ang inyong original valid Philippine Passport? (I-send ang kopya)

2. Hawak nyo din po ba ang inyong original EID? (I-send ang harap at likod na bahagi ng EID).

3. ⁠Ano ang iyong kasalukuyang visa: Employment, Spouse, Dependent, Partner, o Investor?

4. ⁠Ano ang status ng inyong visa: Active, Cancelled, o Cancelled with violation such as overstay at absconding?

**Kung Cancelled na, pasend po ng copy ng cancellation nyo.

**Kung active po, nainform po ba ang inyong employer na kayo ay nag-aapply ng repatriation?

5. Maari po bang magsend kayo ng screenshot ng "Travel Ban" na matatagpuan po sa inyong Dubai Police App. (nag-send po kami ng proseso ng pag'check sa Dubai Police App.)

6. Meron po ba kayong mga first degree** relatives na kasama sa repatriation? Ilan po sila? Ano ang kanilang kasalukuyang visa?

**Ano ang First Degree Relatives base sa inyong civil status:
- Kapag Single : (Magulang at Kapatid)
- Kapag Married : (Asawa at mga anak)
- ⁠Kapag Single Parent : (Magulang, kapatid at anak)
**Kapag may ANAK : Siguraduhin na dokyumentado ang bata upang siya ay makapag byahe. (Original Passport at Valid na visa)

*REQUIREMENT: Birth certificate, Marriage Certificate (if married). If the applicants are siblings, the birth certificates of the OFW and the sibling are required. *

7. Hawak niyo po ba ang original valid Philippine Passport ng inyong relatives. (I-send ang kopya ng kanilang Passport at EID front and back)

8. ⁠Paki-send ng inyong address at contact number dito sa UAE gayun din ang email address.
